These wonderful people were SO overwhelmed tonight and they still nailed the customer service! We called to check our status and they were so sweet, let us know what the issue was and also let us know when we could expect our food. They work their bums off and do so great! Go team, go! You're amazing!
I called to converse with the manager on duty; Sunday, Sept. 03, 2023, at about 4:30pm to 5:00pm. It was a good conversation! I told him (Joshua) up front that it wasn't a bad call. I explained that for a long time, their pizzas were very flavorful, with a soft & full crust, the crust with a very good balance of the buttery garlic flavor & nicely oiled (greasy), but around the start of the summer, the pizzas were dry & low in taste quality.
