I am really upset because I sat and waited for over 20 minutes to get my food and it turns out that they had put it in the mobile pickup section and did not tell me. I didn't know that it was sitting there for who knows how long.... Why would y'all do that?

I have gone here several times since they opened and have always gotten my order right. One time they were busier than usual and gave me the wrong food but I called and got great customer service and they told me to come back up when I could and they would remake it completely for me.
