“Our experience at Chick-fil-A in Lake Norman for our three-year-old's birthday party was fantastic! The staff and manager were amazing, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the play area. They went the extra mile, ensuring our return and even provided complimentary items. We are truly grateful for their outstanding service!“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“I went on a Sunday for my birthday and it was niceee! I loved the atmosphere and the music. The drinks are definitely 10/10 and the catfish was my favorite!!! I had to place an order to go lol but the service was kind of slow but with the drinks, music and your person or friends you’ll be okay lol.“

“I am a truck driver and my first time being able to get to try thus place I have to say such a good one. . From the service to the amazing zookeney fries and Strips and chicken sandwich just awesome... Wish I would have got the young man's name that was working the register to give him props but I didn't but he was try amazing..... Not sure what else to say but if ever get the Chace......... The food was delicious and served promptly. What stood out the most about my visit to PDQ Chicken was Tonia's warm tone and patience when I ordered my food and upon receiving it. We chatted for a bit, and I can tell you, experiences like the one I had are what create long-term, repeat customers. Will definitely be returning thanks to Tonia's outstanding service! “Honestly such a great restaurant for being focused solely on chicken salad. Quality is great, I've tried a lot on the menu and they all taste fresh and delicious. And their pimento cheese? Amazing. Atmosphere is interesting. Feels like your aunt Shirley's sunroom by the beach, but in a way that makes it more comfortable. Feels family style. 10/10 recommendation!“

“I have been to this Chick-Fil-A so many times in the past year, and they always make the best food. The employees are very kind and get your order done in about 5-10 minutes depending on how big the order is. The food is amazing, and cooked great. They have a huge menu with different sandwiches and you can easily customize your sandwich, salad, or whatever you decide to get. Their dine in, take out, and drive thru are always the best experiences ever and the employees make my day. If you are looking for excellent customer service, very fast preparing food time, and great food, then I highly recommend this Chick-Fil-A.Vegetarian options: They have a gluten free bun option in the CFA app, and you can also take the cheese off the sandwich.Parking: Plenty of parking, and a big parking lot.“

“Just wanted to give a review to this place to express my deep satisfaction with their service. Every time I come here everyone is so incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. I genuinely wonder how the heck you guys do it. Like what is your training/hiring process like because it's crazy. You don't get service like this literally anywhere else.I have a faulty credit card that only works with the swipe (tap and chip no longer work) and the workers are always so patient and don't act annoyed at all when they have to spend extra time fiddling with it. And then I get my food nearly right away. I almost never need to wait. Truly a magical place. Please give my regards to the drive through workers.“
