“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

Online ordering was super easy and they seem to make the food fresh once you arrive to pick up so make sure to leave yourself 5 min or so.Highly recommend the Beaut chicken sandwich and fries - the bun was perfectly toasted, had the perfect amount of mayo and pickles and the chicken had the perfect crunch. “Good food, good service. The chicken is consistently crispy and delicious. They have a great selection of sauces and offer both bone-in and boneless wings. The guy who is always at the front is quick to greet customers and goes out of his way to ensure that everyone has a good experience. They always bring napkins and utensils to the table, which I appreciate. The last time I went we received pickled radish with our order, so yum! They also have other sides and dishes like tteokbokki, but their chicken is definitely my favorite thing on the menu. The seating area is small and a lot of people place to-go orders. Definitely worth a visit!“
“Living in Charlotte my entire life and never knew there was a Chicken King off Yorkmont, wow! I am so glad that now I know because I go to this location often and the customer service is fantastic. I always get either a grilled chicken salad without onion and/or the gyro pita without onions and extra Tzatziki sauce. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. Mrs. Carol is so sweet. I miss the conversations. The service is quick and the food is good. The reason for the 4 stars is because I went a particular day and when I arrived to the house the gyro and fries looked and tasted re fried... the meat was tough. Maybe, I just caught them on an off day. I will definitely continue to eat at this location. Usually, one bad experience and i'm done but not here. Simply because of the customer service and the fact 99% of the time I do receive excellent food. Not to mention, the place is clean and the prices are great. “My first time visiting QC Roti Shop was a cool experience. With the help of a friendly staff member (over the phone, it's a ghost kitchen) I ordered a curried chicken roti with pumpkin and spinach. “I have heard a lot about this place and thought I'd give it a try. OMG!!! I totally understand what the hype is all about!! They only serve chicken tenders, but they are phenomenally good!! My best advice is to be conservative with your heat level. The hot is VERY hot and your tummy will NOT be your friend the next morning. But I will definitely be going back!!!“
