“This place is the reallll deal. As a native Texan it’s so hard to find Mexican and good Tex mex! This place is wonderful. Has a nice vibe. Fresh corn tortillas and you can build your own bowl with the freshest ingredients! It makes this Texas boy’s heart happy !“
“I absolutely loved coming here. I had the most amazing food and it was so amazing. I kept eating more even though my stomach was hurting from being so full. The flavors and everything were on point. The cinnamon churros with ice cream or the tres leches cake are both beautiful ways to end the meal and you can’t go wrong!“
“This is a hidden gem that I'm so glad I found. The food is really good, from the tacos to the quesadillas & sopes. They definitely give you a lot for your money too. Serive is pretty quick also. They serve fries with a lot & that was unexpected at 1st, but I'm not complaining as their are actually pretty good and crispy! Their asada (steak) if the best! Well seasoned & sooooo flavorful!“
“Best Mexican in Huntersville. Service is fast, food quality is consistent. Drinks are cold. Plenty of seats for sit down service both inside and outside, including a bar section with space for 20 roughly.Parking: Ample parking spaces with a lot dedicated to the restaurant. The only time it's not possible yo find a spot is Cinco de mayo.Wheelchair accessibility: Curb cutout for wheelchair access from parking lot to sidewalk.“
“BEST TEX-MEX I've had, since Texas! I haven't eaten all on menu, but I crave good Carnitas Tacos, and they have it!! I now love in Minnesota, so my trips to NC are as close as of get to the South Tex-Mex. . Juanita is the Best, she'll take good care of you!“

“Went here for dinner with my family & had a great time the service was good. Seats are pretty limited at this restaurant so definitely come here before the lunch & dinner rush. The interior is pretty nice, they have flowers vases & according to my sister that they rotate the flowers every season. At this restaurant they give complimentary chips and salsa & it you are running low on chips they will refill it for you :) Horchata 5/5-not on the menu but definitely ask if they have it in stock before orderingMy sister been to this restaurant before & highly recommended getting the horchata, and I must say, it's definitely a must have while your here! Their horchata is DELICIOUS, it has a good balance of cinnamon & creaminess in it. Honestly one of the best horchata I had from other restaurants I've been to. Super Sombrero 5/5The portion for this food item is pretty big & the price for it is reasonable. The shell is crispy, the food was pretty filling, had half of it as leftovers. I also tried a bite of chile relleno, the cheese inside of the Chile had a good string pull, the cheese itself was delicious with the chile.“
