One Employee was standing around talking loudly to others workers and blocking the fountain drink machine, unaware as he’s backing up into customers with their hands full.But the worst was a large cockroach in the woman’s bathroom. I told that same employee who was still standing around talking to other workers and he responded “that’s not my department.”No one did anything about it so I said something again as he was still standing around talking to other employees. His response was now “I’m off the clock” and still no one moved to get the roach. Very unprofessional!I was very disappointed in this Panera and will never return to this location.

I worked at panera as a teenager , it was all about customer service back then, but the kids you have running the drive through window are ridiculous. They never give receipts, they want to argue with you that whip cream comes on all coffees even when you ask for almond milk and no dairy and they ALWAYS forget any butter you order with your bagel. Hands down the worst panera I've ever been to. I have given this place multiple chances and not ONCE have they ever gotten my order correct or provided a reciept.

From all Paneras I’ve been to, this is the only one location that has poor customer service and poor manager. I always order the same stuff and only at this location I always have issues with my order.1. Kids deli turkey sandwich sounds really simple to make - just bread, turkey and cheese. I received either grilled cheese, either turkey sandwich with salad in it. Oh, and they can’t cut it in half for some reason. It’s the only Panera I’ve received any excuse for cutting my kids sandwich in half lol why, I still don’t have the true answer.2. Usually half of sandwich looks pretty decent half everywhere but not in this Panera. I always switch to Country Sourdough bread and their side of half sandwich is smaller than the kids size meal lol I mean, it’s like literally 1/3 of the whole sandwich. When you order the same sandwich pretty often, you expect to receive the same thing as always. Well, not here!3. One time ordered tuna sandwich as usual and got some chicken chipotle stuff. After that always check my order in front of the window.4. One time I ordered Broccoli Cheddar Soup and it was iced in the middle of the cup lol Today I received this soup liquid as water.5. Manager said that they will make me a new sandwich but it’s going to be exactly the same size when I was explaining to her that this is not usual half of the sandwich I receive. I’d be fine to stay with this one but she already touched it with her hands so I was agreed to receive a new one. Guess what? They gave me the same sandwich I got for the first time saying that it’s a new one lol why?Today when I came inside to solve the issue with my order again lol I heard like the girl from stuff was kinda annoyed than something is going to happen now if I’m standing with my two opened sandwiches. Manager was giving me all excuses and reasons kinda to tell me that I was wrong. I don’t know, just not my place I guess because I always have some problems with my order, stuff and manager in general.

I love that this spot has a drive thru. I got my broccoli cheddar soup & warmed up on a cold night without leaving my car! Perfect! The cashier was kind and had great customer service.

Very slow service, often make mistakes in take out orders.
I have always loved Panera food and am a fan. When I went last time, I ordered half a dozen bagels to go and they asked me if I want in slices and so I said yes. What I found when I came back to house was very old chewy bagels horribly cut. I guess it was so bad they couldn’t even cut properly. They could have just told me it’s too old buy something else. But they sold some old bagels for one time money making. Now I am not sure if I will buy bagels again here. Adding a picture of one of the bagels I was heating up

I work near this one. Be prepared to wait in line your whole 30 minute lunch majority of the time. Also food is sometimes cold.. for the price of this, everything should be phenomenal but it isn’t.
