this sonic truly sucks. you wait in line 20-30 mins for your order even if there is one person in front of you. there are tweakers hanging all around it trying to sell you things in line, not to mention i witnessed a literal drug deal happen while i was waiting in line. online it says they accept apple pay, THEY DO NOT :/ bro came out with my chili cheese tots and i was ready to pay for them with apple pay….unfortunate that they had to be thrown away. such a waste of food. even cookout takes apple pay. do better sonic of indian trail :/

Pulled up sat there with button pressed for 5 mins before anybody said anything. He finally cam on the speaker n said, "Be with u shortly. 2 other cars pulled up ordered n got there food n we still haven't even ordered. We got tired of waiting n left will not be going back.

I honestly thought that Dunkin’ Donuts was the worst food place as a doordasher in this area but then I remember a year or two ago how this place made me wait 25 minutes just to never even give me the order I’m not sure if it’s the same people working there but I’m not gonna find out peace out sonic forever

Can't judge the food because I didn't get any. Went thru the drive thru, didn't even park and waited over 20 min for a hot dog. I wanted to wait since we already sat there for so long but had to be somewhere. At least 5 cars pulled out of line because it was taking so long. Either they need more staff or the staff needs to work quicker than turtle speed.

I come here quite a bit and every time i have especially for the past couple of months, We’ve had extraordinary service from a lady named Miss Donna who has been just the sweetest most respectful and hard working lady i’ve seen at this location in YEARS! She brightens my experience every time and makes sure my food is perfect and i have everything i need. She always goes above and beyond and is always speeding around doing the most for her customers! Thank you so much Miss Donna❤️

Came here today for the first time and definitely will not be returning. Just absolutely disgusting. Would have gave 0 stars for everything if i could have. We went through the drive through and stated it was our first time so there was aware. Waited about 30-45 for our food and repeatedly got brought the wrong food after stating 3 times what our food was. After finally getting our food, the fries were ice cold, the blt tasted like it had been microwaved from sitting for so long. They gave us extra food that we didn’t even order to i guess try to make up for it but that was just as bad. Not to mention we found not one but two different peoples hairs in the hot dogs. Just beyond disgusted. This location should be shut down.
