Overpriced. The sauce tasted like they opened a jar of plain prego and forgot to season it. The "meatballs" were the only thing that was a normal family sized seving, the flavorless lasagna was barely enough for 2. The spaghetti was over cooked and dripping water. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the bread sticks are great they are soft in the middle like olive garden but with a perfect crust and the garlic butter is the perfect amount of seasoning.

I came here on my lunch break and it was okay, I guess. I’ve only been here one other time and thought the food tasted a bit generic then and again with todays visit. I got the lunch special, which was priced well, however when I got the lasagna it was pretty disappointing. The portion was so small and didn’t look like the picture at all, the salad was wilted and kinda brown, but the breadsticks were good. I’m guessing for the price, they have to cut portions however I’d be willing to pay a couple dollars more for a better food experience. All in all it kind of reminds me of cafeteria food. The staff was very nice.

We liked it first visit but second visit the food had to be sent back. Staff said they had the bad taste before, it happens? What? They made a new pizza, took forever and the Manager or maybe it was a cook, came to apologize but had given my second pizza to another table so they were baking it again, what? I had two slices, so they only cook two slices at a time? It looked like thin frozen pizza, sauce was strong . They were kind to give me cheese cake but I would have just been happy with a decent lunch.

Frederick is always friendly and gets my order right. Food is hot and tasty! Garlic chicken ravioli is my favorite and I am going to be sad when it’s gone. It does take a moment to get the food so be prepared to wait but it’s worth it!

The last few times I’ve been to fazolis they have messed up my order. Came back today to try again and Frederick took my order. he was so kind and got everything right! Highly recommend, he definitely changed my mind into coming back more often! I saw a lot of reviews about how great he is and they are all correct. This guy deserves a raise! Wonderful environment and attitude.

Frederick is literally my favorite employee! He always treats me so kindly and asks if I need anything after my order is given to me. He wears gloves every single time we interact and one of the reasons I like coming back here, because it's so welcoming and inviting.

The price was decent, but all of the food seemed like it was microwaved and was very bland. The serving sizes were very large, but we couldn't even eat them because they just had no taste or flavor. Really could be better if time was spent actually flavoring the chicken that seems like it's out of a can.

I placed an order through DoorDash. I ordered a cheese pizza, chicken alfredo, 10 wings with sauce on the side and a brownie. I got a burnt cheese pizza, no sauce for my pizza wings and a cookie! The whole order was printed on the receipt that was in the bag and they still messed it up !

I consider Fazoli’s to be one of my favorite fast-food and Italian restaurants. I grew up going to them, so when I moved to Jacksonville I was excited to hear there was a Fazoli’s in town. The staff is always friendly, especially Frederick during my last visit. Can’t wait to go back and get my baked spaghetti and breadsticks!

Ordered online for pickup. Entire order was messed up, then they kept making excuses. Got home and what they corrected was still wrong. I called back to let them know and staff member yelled at me and was sooo rude! NEVER AGAIN. Food was dried out and subpar.
