“I have eaten here several times and have always had good service and food. The layout of the restaurant can feel a bit cramped when it’s busy but that’s the only real downside. If there is a wait time they will gladly take your phone number and call you when seating is available so you don’t have to just sit around. The food feels very homey/dinerish. I usually end up going with a curry but have tried the yakisoba, the lunch/dinner boxes and the omurice all of which are good. If you like fried potatoes be sure to try the croquettes!“
“We ate here today for an Easter and 13th Birthday celebration and couldn't have been more satisfied and grateful! Kenny is amazing!!!! I am sure everyone that works there is awesome but we had Kenny and another extremely friendly waiter and they were incredible! The food was perfect and the service was impeccable. Thank you so much for being so yummy and fun! :)“
“One of four options in the area that I know of for Asian, and particularly Japanese food. You'll find a small selection of canned, bottled, and frozen stuff. Canned and bottled drinks from Japan. Also, some ceramics and other non-food items. The staff is wonderful, and I hope the store does enough business to stay open or even expand. It's pretty small, and there is nothing fresh.“
“I went here for my birthday, and it was a great experience. The wait staff was attentive and quick. My favorite aspect however, was our chef Alexander. He was very entertaining, personable, and a joy to chat with. He also cooked our food and other patrons food perfectly to order. It was probably the best hibachi I've had! I would definitely come back to have Alexander as our chef again.“
“Always terrific rolls. Fresh scallop is available— which is hard to find. Got enough lunch to also have leftovers for dinner. Service is always attentive. Coming from Long Island and Baltimore, it reminds me of Kigali (from the 90s) and Sushi Hana.“
