After an ordering mishap due to the app (not the store), the employees truly went out of their way to help fix the night for me. First time I've grabbed little caesers in years and they were so kind and understanding that it felt like my grandma's kitchen. I couldn't thank them enough! Messed up my order and wouldn’t even pick up the phone after 30 min of me calling and the pizza looked like they threw it together in 20 secs and didn’t even look at it. I am absolutely flabbergasted and disappointed!

Food was hot, fresh, & tasted great. Service not so much. Ordered online was supposed to pick up in the Pizza Portal. Went in to get it after I was alerted but only half my order was actually ready. I had to wait another 20min for the rest of my order. Do now by this time what I did get was now cold. Staff didn't really seem to care.
The place was clean and nice with friendly staff. The night manager was great! However, the deep dish pizza I ordered looked more like a school pizza. Still, I ate it because the ingredients were good lol , blaming it on the time of day. Additionally, two individuals lurking around made everyone nervous.

Service I called to place an order 30 minutes before they close the person that answered the phone was very rude and unhelpful .After I tried to place the order online but it placed for the next day I tried to call the store to have it cancel I called 4 times and they wouldn't answer until the 5th time , and were very rude when picking up the phone and greeting by saying the store is closed even though there were 25 minutes till closing time

This is my third time ordering from here and every time I have ordered either my order is almost completely wrong or raw. The last two times I have ordered from them they have completely messed up my order completely and it’s been raw. I would suggest not ordering from here even if you are trying to budget your better off buying a store bought pizza and cooking it at home.
