Always check your order before you drive off, I guarantee something will always be missing. No one could be on the drive thru line but you will have to wait 2-5 minutes for someone to come on the order screen and when they finally do you’ll have to repeat your items. It’s like they talk on the speaker to let you know they are there but aren’t actually ready to take your order. Stopped at this McDonald’s while headed home from the beach. We ordered food in the drive through for about six people. they forgot three hash browns, gave me a cherry pie instead of an apple pie, and they forgot to substitute bacon for sausage in my egg Mcmuffin. The food was expected for a McDonald’s.

Another employee had to keep calling to the team to get someone to take the order. The order was wrong, we were charged wrong, and nobody knew what to do. No soap in the bathrooms that looked like they were last cleaned in 2020. Worst Mcdonald's I've ever visited.
