Was in the area for work from Charlotte, NC and wanted a burger place to try that isn't in Charlotte. Big Burger Spot was one of the best burgers I've ever had, and the parmesan tots I couldn't get enough of. Not to mention the staff was super friendly and helpful with our entire order. Always love a good burger and was excited to try this place. Major disappointment after getting the food. It did not taste good at all. It all tasted frozen and smelled weird. I questioned what I was eating because even the mushrooms were rubbery. The girl at front was clueless couldn’t answer me if it was fresh/frozen/canned. We didn’t eat. They offer to remake or refund. We took the food home to give to the barn animals and got pizza on the way home.Called this morning and the lady who picked up confirmed mushrooms are from a can! Seriously disgusting. You want a good burger buy fresh.Place is total garbage.

Can't say enough great things. I have been a customer for years before the kernersville location opened. Today we had our work lunch catered by this location for 20-25 people. Nick and his crew were outstanding. They got us our order with a 24 hour notice, the dogs and burgers were great, plethora of toppings in large quantities, all fresh and delicious. Delivery was actually a few minutes early so we had time to set up before lunch was served. And all of our guys loved it. Much better than your typical chain catering of sandwiches. We will definitely be repeat customers in the future. Thank you to Nick and the entire crew for delivering great food and service.

This used to be my favorite burger joint aside Hops Burger Bar, but they have switched ownership and since decreased the menu drastically. I get in todays economy it was probably what was best for them but they took away my favorite "Southern Peanut Chicken" pita sandwich. Also a few others we used to get frequently. Last time I was there I was forced to get something other than what I usually get and for the price you pay it just wasn't worth it to me anymore. I will find another place to go from now on.

Unfortunately this restaurant has gone downhill. I believe it may have changed ownership and is not what it used to be. On our most recent visit, multiple items were missing from my order, the food was cold and not good at all, and made my family sick as well. I called the restaurant about the issue and all they said was that they were too busy with “DoorDash” orders and practically could care less and stated they could do nothing about it.We have been going here for years and that was our last time. We definitely will never return to this place.

Omg!!! First time is the charm at this location. We had the pleasure of speaking with Nick and he was patient and gave us confirmation that what we picked out wouldn’t disappoint, because the menu is massive. Not only was he right but Every single thing was amazing from the truffle Parmesan fries, to the Lonestar, to the house made sauces and even the brownie!! We were so pleasantly surprised that we just finished eating and immediately wrote this review. Don’t walk, run to Big Burger Spot!! And tell them the LoLo fam sent you. Thanks again guys!
Good burger. I liked the taste and appreciated how they asked to prepare it. It was very small for the price however. I've never been here before and wasn't aware they had dif sizes. Kind cashier, but she also made no effort to help. I see in the pictures there's a menu on the wall. I guess my visit was at an awkward time as there was no menu posted anywhere legible except a small board in front of the cashier blocked by who they were helping. I couldn't see the menu while waiting in line and had no idea besides 'burgers' what they sold, how, and for how much. I finally got to the counter to read the menu after waiting and had to let people go around our family just so we could look at the menu. I held up the line and the cashier because I didn't get a glimpse of the menu after waiting until time to buy. Have the menu ready for customers so we don't have to slow down the entire process from other customers, staff, and ourselves.

We do like coming here and oddly more for the ahi tuna sandwich more than the burgers although they are good. Since we eat here often we have had issues here a few times with service or food orders and getting some attitude when nicely asking for things to be fixed. Management has made it right and checks in now when we come. Generally the food is great! 4 star is due to some of the issues we have experienced and sometimes it isn’t the most clean. Being a burger and fry joint grease needs cleaned regularly.Vegetarian options: Wouldn’t say there are any, it’s a burger joint
WE ordered the mushroom Swiss & brisket sandwiches. The brisket was tough and the burger was tasteless. We also had Cajun fries and a salad. The fries were great and the bbq sauce was good also.My bad, never order brisket sandwich at a burger joint.
