Great little Mom and Pop style local chain restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner!More recently - I meet a buddy here a couple times a month for breakfast or lunch. The food and service are always good. Prices are reasonable too. Today's country ham, eggs and biscuit with sausage gravy were delicious!
Service was terrible. Waited 50 minutes before we got our food. Then another 10 minutes for toast. Server said it was busy yet 3 families came in after us and left before us...

Was very surprised. I thought it would be good seeing all the workers trucks parked at lunch time.

This place has gone completely downhill. The food is just subpar and anything fried is practically burned. My main issue has to do with the staff. Our waitress was just rude and hateful. But the most shocking part is when I brought this to the managers attention (i think he may even be part owner) he said ," yeah, I know."So you know that particular waitress is rude and our experience was bad and your only response is "I know". That doesn't sit well with me at all.

I eat at Cagney's on a regular basis and the food is always good. The only item I found to be just ok is their steak, it's not the best but Cagney's isn't considered a steak house either.

Ashley was polite and friendly, but she did very little checking in with the table after the initial serving of the food!

The past few times dining there the beef strips are so over cooked (I order them MR) and just way too salty.But the absolute worst thing is the female manager (the owners niece I believe) with long dark hair is soooo mean to the rest of the staff! She stands at the register and barks at them in front of all the customers. The servers are so on edge that they give poor service. Ate there last night around 8pm and was in a booth with a front down view of the manager. She was so mean I almost got up and said something to her but my company thought it was best not to. We are never going back as long as she is still around. I feel so badly for the entire staff having to put up with her sour mouth!
