They almost ALWAYS get my shake wrong or my order wrong… I have no clue as to why in the world the dining room hasn’t opened back up, I think it’s ridiculous that it’s STILL closed because of Covid!! Their service is very short & abrupt because they have a bunch of young kids working there that don’t know what true “Customer Service” is & they don’t have respect for others so they just rush you through the drive thru… I don’t understand or appreciate it at all!P.S. There’s no “kid-friendly” ice cream or shakes there… nothing with sprinkles, bubble gum, cotton candy, etc. it would be nice if there was…

Always great food... but check your order before you leave. They're really busy, and sometimes orders get swapped or things get forgotten. GREAT FOOD!!
In all my years of having Cookout, I have NEVER eaten inside the restaurant....until now. The Log Cabin feel of the place made me feel cozy & as always the food was banging!! However....the service....was TOP NOTCH!! Literally the nicest,most considerate staff.If you have never had Cookout...start at this location!!!

Came after a poor experience with Walkertown Cookout 4/4/24. I placed the same order, which was $2 cheaper. Food was hot, and noticeably better than Walkertown.Can confirm Walkertown Cookout staff provides poor service to African Americans and overcharges us too. I recommend avoiding that location as Kernersville is better and more consistent.

We have always liked CookOut, the only issue we have is it is at times there is too much liquid smoke on the hot dogs and hamburgers, other than that they are still good.

It wouldn't be so bad if the late night crew cared about the service they give. No matter the time. And they wouldn't start putting food away before closing and the customer gets cold wraps
