“The Door Dash CS rep was so rude to the both of us, that I complained on him! I called personally, to reorder & the issue was so simple. Lindsay got on the phone & explained her side, which she didn't have to because I was even willing to pay more! All the guy had to say was they didn't have 1 flavor of the 3tower smdh ??♀️! Lindsay is chef lead & she is flipping awesome! Best customer service experience from the rep that answered the phone, all the way to her requesting to speak to me personally ❤️????! “Absolutely wonderful! I recently contacted Ms. McKnight about making a cake for a campus event celebrating Frederick Douglass. She was so enthusiastic and helpful – offering various options based on our expected attendance and even suggesting that the cake could feature our event logo (see the photo – it looked beautiful)! It was a double-layer Cheerwine poke cake with whipped icing – and everything about it, the appearance and (especially) the taste was perfect. It really made the event special – and I can't wait to order again!“
