“I ordered a tank cake for my promotion ceremony and DeeDee absolutely knocked it out of the park!!! It was so well done and exceptionally detailed I didnt even want to cut into the cake. Cookies & Cream filling was absolutely delicious and I was able to feed about 25 people. I also ordred mini cupcakes on the side and they were amazing. I could not have asked for a better cake. “Decided to change it up this year for my husband's birthday and order an ice cream cake from Cold Stone. This process was very easy. I ordered it online through their website, scheduled it for pickup in a week, and paid. I kept it simple and picked an already designed cake but you can get more creative and create your own with your choice of ice cream, mix-ins, and cake flavor. I requested Happy Birthday special messaging. The cake tasted exactly like their signature creations just in cake form. I got a 6" small round Butterfinger Bonanza cake. The place was busy, but I was able to go straight to the register and pick up my cake. It was ready on time.“

“Victoria is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!After frequenting this store for years, a recent decline in service caused me to STAY AWAY for months.I decided to visit the store today, and I was DELIGHTFULLY SURPRISED with the service.Per usual, the selection of frozen deserts and toppings was fresh and offered a nice variety for all.However, Victoria’s service, from beginning to end blew me away.She greeted each customer with a smile and warm welcome, she answered my questions about different flavors and ingredients, and she completed the transaction with a smile.I was sooooo blown away by the amazing service that I almost left my ice cream because I was thinking about the review that I was going to write.“
