Checked pizza asked waitress to please get it well done she said she would run it thru oven again i said that will work fine. 10 min later pizza brought back no change and cold . She said she ran it thru 2 times. Complete lie worthless customer service and waste of a 2 dollar tip. That lady sucked at her job and knew nothing about customer service. I want my money back or free pizza. I want my time back from picking up clump of dough. I especially want someone to talk to staff about how it's not ok to lie to customers.Kenny

Order took over an hour to arrive.. ordered a dinner box with one pizza, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks. Both of the breadsticks were not cut.. did not receive the icing or marinara with our order either.

I haven't ate at Pizza hut in years & because most food places I have tried in Kernersville are great, I thought I would give them a try here. I ordered through the app and thought I would get the personal pan pizza with drink for $6.99 plus tax. I was excited because I remember how it use to taste.I did curb side pick up but ended up going in another car so I went it. They gave me great customer service and thanked me for coming in because they would have been looking for the other car.So I noticed the size of the personal pan and I thought to my self that is very small. I will be honest, Little Ceasars lunch deal pan pizza is bigger, to me that is a personal pan. But it was hot and looked and smelled good. I believe it is just the cheese that Pizza hut uses because some times it makes the pizza taste as if it is still raw, from what I remember the taste being but I loved the taste of the bread and pepperonis, they were crisp on the edges. I may try other things on the menu another time.

I ordered over an hour and an half ago, when it said a 30 minute wait time for delivery. I could not get in touch with anyone at the store by phone or the help line, so I went all the way to the store just to encounter the rudest lady I have met. At first she told me she did not receive my order and it wasn’t sent to that store, I showed her the email order confirmation which showed I was at the correct store. She said “well it must have gotten lost in the queue” and told me I was “out of luck” for my order. She was extremely rude, offered no resolution to our order mishap after I was nothing but patient and nice, and she treated me with no respect at all. After being treated so poorly, I will never order from Pizza Hut again and I need a refund for my money for the order I am apparently never getting. Now I have to wait until normal buisness hours to call the customer service department to try to get a refund for the order I never received. Terrible customer service! We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

Was missing the extra sauces I paid for on my order, the order arrived 35 mins after the estimated time and to top it off the forgotten items were sent back off and the delivery driver never delivered them to me so I paid for items I didn’t receive.

I was going to use a coupon but I didn't order anything because they didn't have a place to sit. I didn't realize many Pizza Hut sit in restaurants closed and you can only take out or deliver. The customer service was great though.

Ordered carryout and everything was made correctly and ready when it said it would be. I've been craving these breadsticks in particular for the last few weeks and when they're done right, it's everything.
Lady said carry out so my current thought process was delivery and said yes, but since I meant delivery she had to run to order again (2minutes max). Heard a male voice in the background say "run it twice" and she did that saying my card declined although there's money in there and I made sure to give her the correct information! Very petty and lazy of them! Small minded individuals!

I ignored the terrible reviews because I assumed it was just people who liked to complain. I was so very wrong. My thin crust was OK but tasted strange. My hand tossed pepperoni was so thin that it was falling apart. I'm not sure if they made it thin or if it wasn't cooked all the way. Either way, I'll drive to Walkertown from now on.

This place is usually run by one employee and she is one under qualified employee, or either she is pocketing cash on orders she shorts you on or is keeping the extra food that she purposely don't put in you takeout order. The reason I say this is because it's happened too many times to be coincidence ! She is always complaining about no help, and other work place problems that no customers want to hear!! I ordered pizza and 3 double orders breadsticks. when I got home there was only 1 breadstick. I called back up there and she remembered messing up the order and said I could just call next time instead of ordering online and she would give us the 20.00 discount or come get my money. Stupidly I chose the 1st. Now I just called to order and of course she had no recollection , even tho I had dined there few times a month! Never again will that location ever get another penny from me! What a crappy EMPLOYEE
