Subway is a general chain restaurant. Not bashing them, I have my favorites that I will intentionally google a subway near me to get my sandwich. So, you either have a normal experience, a bad experience or a remarkable one. The bad and remarkable depend on the employee. This particular Subway, I left happier than when I went in. All in all, I don't mind this Subway. It's in a weird place on the highway and easy to miss if you don't know where it is, but it's got plenty of parking spaces. Then again, that might be due to the fact it shares space with lots of other businesses.
