Tracking app has said "on its way" for more than 30 minutes and it's still not here. Not a big deal except that when I called the store for an update, the manager was super defensive and did not say goodbye when we hung up. Seemed annoyed that I called.
I order here regularly for my kids. Especially my younger loves Papa John's Pizza. He is autistic and has specific places and foods he loves. I would have given 5 stars if the last 3 times I ordered the pizza would've been like I usually order.Not to go to deep into details but my son loves more sauce and less cheese on his pizza and the past 3 times he didn't even want to finish the piece he took a bite off (he usually eats half a medium pizza).He started peeling the cheese off,...read full review

I was in there ordering a Small Pizza and No Problems with the pizza one had less cheese than all of them I didnt even get full. I would ENCOURAGE Papa Johns HIRE PEOPLE who can answer Customers Questions. and be so quick to ring up someone. How are you gonna ring up a Customer without even telling them how much is a small pizza?I went and found out online or I would had call another one to find out.
