As a matter of fact this is one item that I have ordered at least 97% of the time over the course of 7-8 years!! If by chance with a slim cahnce that they do disppoint, the will correct it for you! (My experience only).“

“I order here regularly for my kids. Especially my younger loves Papa John's Pizza. He is autistic and has specific places and foods he loves. I would have given 5 stars if the last 3 times I ordered the pizza would've been like I usually order.Not to go to deep into details but my son loves more sauce and less cheese on his pizza and the past 3 times he didn't even want to finish the piece he took a bite off (he usually eats half a medium pizza).He started peeling the cheese off, which was not less than I had asked for, and when looking at the pizza, there was like no sauce or maybe just a bit "brushed" on. So, I am a bit disappointed these past 3 orders, and it would be my only complaint with the food to just pay more attention to the incoming order slips.Prime time can be a hectic one, and I totally understand that there's many orders coming in, but 3 times in a row so far.... Hope to get the right order next time because Fridays are our pizza nights.“

The lady managers kind and positive mood surprised me and impressed me. Typically in the same situation I’ve seen managers and staff be the complete opposite. The staff member that was there was also friendly and positive. Good job y’all! Such great customer service is not something always seen, especially during such a hard shift!!!“

It is the best hands down pizza ever… I am from the north and THIS is the real deal. It is still the same amazing family, amazing food, amazing service just all around THE best. We sat outside today under the umbrellas in the shade with the wind blowing… it almost felt like the beach!!! We live 1.5 hours away and it is soooo worth the drive absolutely mouth watering!!! “Ordered a couple pies, chicken wings, and knots for the family. The wings were nice and spicy but still had flavor which was on point. I'd eat here over a Dominos or Papa John's or any of those other chains any day. Never been disappointed with the food or the customer service. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!!Update: great customer service this evening! Picked up pizza and wings, got home to find my wings EXTREMELY small. I do not usually call and complain, but felt as though they were just way too small. Asked if I could bring them back and have them remade. The lady told me to keep them, and she would make me a fresh batch and that the wings that they had received were smaller than usual. She stated they were supposed to give me a few extra. I went back, and they had made me a whole new order with much larger wings. Thank you for the great customer service! And I will be back again...of course!-Will“
