Horrible!!!! Took about 45 min to get served. They were only accepting cash & did not give a receipt. Only small drinks were available with no other offers for the drinks being downsized while employees were walking around inside with larger drinks. Customer service was awful!!!!

Worst service of any Wendy's I've ever visited The woman at the window was extremely rude, snappy, and pushy. She had absolutely no manners, forgot our sauces and receipts, and was very rude when we asked for frostys and she snapped "we ain't got no chocolate frostys." Also the extremely long wait time for food when it wasn't even that busy. All the employees also have zero pep in their step, and seem to drag their feet doing everything.

Went inside to order 3/1/2024. This Wendys is the slowest service I’ve even seen. The only thing that made me stay was that 3 customers in front of me walked out. The bun on a single w/ cheese was stale, Big Bacon Classic had no bacon, the beans in the chilli were crunchy. I know good help is hard to find but damn. There are other options in town.
Unfortunately, I had an issue with retrieving my 2nd rewards order from the Wendy's App. Ms Shaunte the morning manager gave me the sandwich. I am very grateful because the sandwich was for my son who had to take meds before school. Usually I make breakfast at home but I had an early appointment so I used my points to get my son and daughter a sandwich. Again, Thank You! For the generous hospitality.
