If they are open 24 hours how can you tell me you are closed after you just took an order before us? Hours said it. Pull up guy working the window said “ we closed” Asked nicely aren’t you 24 hours responds “ na we closed “This is the main reason why McDonalds is the worst.
Horrible place. People are rude and just seem to throw whatever in a bag and get real disrespectful when you ask for what you ordered. I have to drive extra miles just to avoid this place when trying to get grandkids Happy Meals. Shame on you guys for being so hateful.

I utilize apps as much as possible. I love the convenience of ordering ahead as well as being able to modify orders without worrying about translation mistakes. However, McDonald's App doesn't provide you with the same options as drive-thru or in restaurant ordering. Example, I can't add onions to a filet o fish on the app. Usually, I can just ask that they add that at the drive-thru. No issues. Onions are not a topping that cost anything.
