I utilize apps as much as possible. I love the convenience of ordering ahead as well as being able to modify orders without worrying about translation mistakes. However, McDonald's App doesn't provide you with the same options as drive-thru or in restaurant ordering. Example, I can't add onions to a filet o fish on the app. Usually, I can just ask that they add that at the drive-thru. No issues. Onions are not a topping that cost anything. Well, lately, I've gotten random employees that will say 'orders can't be modified after placed in the app, I'd have to PLACE A NEW ORDER!' So, I ask for a small cup of onions to put them on myself. Thought that would be a fair compromise. Please see pic for what was provided to me. I'm not sure why I would have a need for this amount of onion, and why it was easier to give this to me vs put A FEW on the sandwich...but two things need to happen, the app needs to have an update so customers can customize their order, and employees need additional training in customer service!!! Also, I went around 6:30, had to pull up and wait for my order, and was given cold, soggy fries...

If they are open 24 hours how can you tell me you are closed after you just took an order before us? Hours said it. Pull up guy working the window said “ we closed” Asked nicely aren’t you 24 hours responds “ na we closed “This is the main reason why McDonalds is the worst.

Horrible place. People are rude and just seem to throw whatever in a bag and get real disrespectful when you ask for what you ordered. I have to drive extra miles just to avoid this place when trying to get grandkids Happy Meals. Shame on you guys for being so hateful.

On march 28th at 12:20am I show up with a mobile order and we waited in line , the line was moving slowly so I assumed it was because lack of workers but as I pulled up nobody was taking orders or saying anything so I pulled around to the window and a girl had her AirPods in and looked at me and just walked away. So in no way is this a 24 hour McDonald’s they’re always closed after 2 every time I’ve gone there and they let me wait 45 minutes this time and I couldn’t do anything since I already paid for my food, I will not be coming back and I’ll be going to cookout every night now instead

People spend $10k now days and get the smallest portions. I wouldn’t buy into a franchise at any fast food place now days. It’s very likely to go belly up. I mean look at this $12. Yes twelve dollar. Combo. It’s so small. They were twice the size five yrs ago. Tighten up McDonald’s. If they’re too small send them back. Don’t serve them.

This McDonald's is the worst. The employees are always just sitting outside when there's long lines of people in the drive through. When they are working the employees have attitudes and I have legit heard them cussing out customers and telling them to "come fight me then". There are very few employees who seem to actually be working. I will not return to this location due to the amount of times I as well as many other people have had to pull off because simply can't even get your order taken. I am not approaching this review with anger it's just disappointing that I have to go out of my way to a different location because the standards at this location are obviously so low.

This is the worst McDonald's in my area. Everytime I go in they manage to mess up my order some how. There was some girl in there on FaceTime looking over at me every few seconds but never getting off the phone to come see what i was just standing there for. I usually do the mobile app which means my order should be ready when I get there but Everytime I go to the counter to get my food they never have it or they say "oh let me get it started" ordered there today and showed them my receipt and they said they didn't have it & that I probably ordered at the wrong McDonald's...when me mobile receipt had all the stores info right there. And it still took 20 mins for them to figure it out and get me my food. For as high as the food is you'd think they could hire good trained people
