“Bull City is a gem in Lexington! They have draft beers from local breweries in addition to their own ciders. They have a diverse lineup of ciders on tap and the menu describes whether they are sweet or dry, which I appreciate. Get a pint, or choose 4 or 5 different ciders to add to a flight. They're delicious! They have lots of outdoor seating and two areas inside when the weather is too cold. And the first and third Saturdays of the month they feature a small farmer's market! Excited to return soon!“
“The goose and monkey brew house is a great spot to hang in Lexington! They offer beers, wines, cocktails and soft drinks. I had a margarita today which was pretty good. I do not like beer but the wondering pig has become one of your favorite pints to get, I love the bitterness of it. They also have the DELICIOUS restaurant pour folk provisions inside which makes it ten times better!!! Friendly staff, various seating options including outside. Various events, specials and cocktails offered throughout the week. My family and friends and I love to go to Wednesday night bingo , it is such a good time. I’m so glad Lexington has places like the goose and monkey.“
“This is exactly as listed. A burger place with a nice selection bottled sodas, crispy fries, tasty hot dogs in a homey environment. If you require table service, look elsewhere, but if not the balance of service is friendly and as fast as possible. That said, be prepared for a 30-45 minute wait for your food during busy hours, as the line can be long. That said, the burgers are excellent and the rest of the food is good too. It was worth a trip from Durham, but having been, we won't likely make the trip again.“
