Yesterday, I had a problem placing my order, which was an App Special, despite repeated attempts. I almost gave up and ordered food from elsewhere but since I was out and about and close by to this Locust (Charlotte), North Carolina Pizza Hut store, I stopped by to see if they could help.I walked in and at the counter was a very nice, professional young lady named Cecilia who immediately made clear that she would do her utmost best to help me. Service sucked had to call waitress over cause everyone behind the counter was on their phones not paying attention to anyone or anything. Once pizza came asked for ranch never got. Never offered refill on drinks. Do not recommend dinning in.
