“After working in Lumberton and needing a good meal, Cracker Barrel wouldn’t seat us due to the late hour, but Arnold’s was open and ready to serve us! Amazing and extremely friendly staff, quick service, tasty, fresh food….we will choose Arnold’s FIRST from now on - regardless of the hour!”

“today we got charged extra for 11 with some change on a texas cheesesteak, and honestly i can’t say if it was my fault or not but it should of been 3 less since we asked for grits instead of hash browns and the cheesesteak is 6 and grits 3.25 would of been 10 with some change or less, but something was just off we usually get charged 26 for the same order everytime we go and this time was more so we deducted of the waitress not because we were mean but because by the way i judged it’s what was right she added to the order something no other servant had so we subtract from the tip which is typically 6 dollars what we leave i mean we’re not rich or even middle class but we consider and understand the hard working they are so we left 2 bucks it hurts to leave that but it was the only thing that we could do, i’m leaving a 4 star for the other great times we’ve spent here and experiences maybe today just wasn’t the day for corrections and it’s understandable”

“My first time visiting Jay's Country Kitchen, and I was EXTREMELY pleased. The waitress, Liz, was SO nice and VERY efficient!Even though they were steadily busy, our orders came out quickly. Eggs, bacon, 2 omelettes, pancakes, grits, toast (no biscuits), and coffee; everything was cooked to order and correct the first time.This is a gem of a place... Come as you are, and stay awhile OR call ahead for pick up (no drive thru) and head back out, easy peasy! They also offer a great lunch menu (which I look forward to trying in the near future), and everything is VERY reasonably priced!!CLOSED Sunday and Monday.6 am- 2 pm Tuesday - Saturday.Parking in the front and both sides of the establishment.Check them out.. I highly doubt you will be sorry you did!”

“Never heard of this place the sign said world famous chicken. I said to myself I love chicken. so I got a breast and I wanted to try their spicy chicken fingers both were fantastic. but the chicken breast is still better at KFC over this place. The potato wedges were amazing.

“We have been eating at Thomas Pizza for years. their food is always delicious. The restaurant is usually very busy because they are popular with many. All the wait staff is very friendly and work hard to make sure your dining experience is good. Their service is top notch. We have never had a bad experience at Thomas Pizza. Truly a place the locals go to dine in or for take out.”

This place did not disappoint. Fresh hot chicken, fluffy biscuits, and many choices for your side.

The food was hit or miss. The price was very inexpensive, I think less than $15 per person. One major issue I had was that the plates were not being dried after being washed: I don’t want to put my food on a wet plate.

Overall, a pretty positive stop on a long road trip.”

COVID IS OVER, make it a place to eat if a resent place to walk in or close. How bad at business do you have to be to realize your restaurant looks like a back door drug deal.”

“I wouldn't normally leave a review about a McDonald's, but this place was exceptional! I was staying at the Best Western around the corner, and the coffee pot in the room was broken. This is disastrous when you get up at 4:30am and the only thing you want is a cup of coffee. Not much is open at this time in this area, but the drive thru was open at 5am at this location. My savior! What made it even better was the lady working the drive thru, she was so kind and very friendly. I can't thank you enough for the great service and for being open at this ungodly hour of the morning. This made my morning great!”
