“It was a quiet Wednesday evening and there was only two other tables full during the time we were there. It's a cozy place, but could use a bit of sprucing up. Our server was great and very sweet. Beer selections are a bit limited, but there is a selection of both wine & beer. My son ordered butter pasta and a meatball and I got the baked ziti which came with a small salad and 4 garlic rolls. The salad was simply iceberg lettuce with some onion, tomato and olives. I got the house dressing which lacked in flavor. My son loved his pasta and I enjoyed the ziti - it was a huge portion, so I left with plenty of leftovers. The flavor was pretty good. Overall it was good, but nothing out of this world. The friendly service was the highlight.“

“Great food with an even greater view! The weather was perfect so we sat outside on the balcony. Everyone there was very welcoming and accommodating. They give a discount if you pay cash. Cash is still king!We will definitely be back. We could tell everything was delicious. Including the desserts. We took some chocolate cake home and it was divine. “My partner and I came here for lunch as we waited for the rest of our family to finish snow tubing down the road. The service took white a while even though we sat at the bar next to the register and our waitress was quite forgetful. I will say she was very nice though. I had ordered what was called "Award Winning Chili" and was pretty average if you ask me. I decided to go with the "New Jersey Sloppy Joe" (Triple decker on rye with turkey, ham, corned beef, cole slaw, Thousand Island dressing and Swiss) and my God that thing was a lot. It was absolutely delicious and had to take half home and finish the next day. I would say check it out if you are in town but don't expect much from the chili and don't go when you are on a time crunch.“

“We are over for spring break for our kids and we were starving the reviews said this was the place to go and I am so glad we went! The burgers were so delicious!! We are a family of 5 and we all got burgers and my daughter got a grilled cheese off the kids menu and our total was almost $80...well worth it!Thanks for a delicious dinner!“

“A quaint little place in Maggie Valley. The food was decent, a little pricy for the quality, but certainly edible. The service at the bar was good. I had the shrimp cocktail as an appetizer. There were 5 medium-sized shrimp, and although small, they were fresh and well chilled.“

“Just wow! Our party of 5 came in for afternoon apps and drinks and this place did not disappoint. Really nice indoor seating (open area) and the outdoor seating overlooks the creek. Laid back vibe and extremely clean. Super friendly and helpful staff. We ordered beer flights (all of them were delicious … the aged barrel tripel literally tastes like whiskey!). We ordered a cheese flatbread and the fields flatbread - they were absolutely delicious!!! We will definitely be back next time we come to Maggie Valley. This place is worth checking out!“

“We visited Waynesville and the Haywood Smokehouse was recommended to us. Hands down the best Bbq I have ever had in my life! No sauce needed! The hickory they smoke it with and the rub is all it needs. I had the collard greens and baked beans which were also phenomenal. Sweet tea was perfect! I give a 10/10 rating! We will be back again soon! Our waitress Gina was fantastic as well. Love this place!“

“Hands down the best espresso in town. I enjoy the other coffee shops but this is my new favorite. Great staff, good vibes, and you can even enjoy your food and brew outside next to the creek. Dog friendly place for those with pups. Make it a point to go here, you’ll be happy you did.“

“We visited Waynesville and the Church Street Depot was recommended to us. I do not really care for burgers. Well, we went 5 times to eat burgers there during our stay! The speciality blend is a must! The staff were extremely helpful in going over the menu. My husband tried all the different special burgers. He loved every one of them! The fries are out of this world too! Definitely will be back to visit them for another burger soon!!! We loved the Church Street Depot!“

“We went for dinner and the food was absolutely amazing. Our server, Emily, made the whole experience though. She has such a shining personality, gave great recommendations, and was just a true pleasure to interact. If you get the chance, ask for Emily!!“

“Audra was a wonderful server and very attentive and thoughtful. She checked on us multiple times. Our food was delicious. Onion rings were amazing. The ranch dip was fantastic. We had iced tea half-and-half, which was very good. Our puppy got to enjoy a little pupachino well. The place was off the highway and easy to get to and get back on the road.“

“We stopped by here, simply because of the pictures of the food and the reviews of the staff. The staff, he was welcoming, loved his attitude, the young lady that delivered our food, was sweet, they both made conversation when I went back in to get another drink. The FOOD. I personally got the rooftop turkey sandwich. My bf got the Top-Shelf grilled cheese. Im weak towards any spice, even pepper. We ended up switching and The Grilled cheese. “I discovered this establishment on Yelp and I am delighted that I did. Upon arrival, I was pleased to find no waiting line. The woman working there provided excellent recommendations, and I decided to try the 3 taquitos, which were incredibly delicious. The outdoor seating area offered a pleasant breeze and ample space. I look forward to returning in the future.“

“Frog level has such character. Rain? Play games inside the quiet room up front. Shine? Sit by the creek. Have a mom with you who doesn’t do beer? Send her next door to grab some bomb coffee. “This place is excellent! As a self-proclaimed foodie, I value great tasting and thoughtfully made food served in good proportion at decent prices! The Patio Bistro hit the nail on the head. I got the half and half combo with the patio salad and turkey sandwich. The house dressing is killer. Very unique and flavorful. The deli meat was freshly sliced and the mango chutney was such a tasty addition! Everything looked and sounded so good. I wish I was a local so I could eat there more often. The portions are also generous, which is greatly appreciated as most lunch places skimp on portions. Lastly, it was nice they openly communicate that there is an extra fee for credit card use. “Stopped in for breakfast after an appointment, as I didn't want something fast food. I was so pleased with my experience- I had a savory and a sweet crepe, both of which were delicious. The ladies working were very helpful and sweet as could be! The space itself is quaint and beautifully decorated, matches the lake theme wonderfully. I’d say this is a solid spot for breakfast or a quick bite, even in the winter.Kid-friendliness: Lots of little ones inside when I went, they all seemed happy and comfortable and the staff was very friendly to them & their families.“

“My friend and I had such a wonderful dining experience here with a beautiful atmosphere, great attention to sound reduction ( they have ceiling acoustic panels which I wish far more restaurants would use to allow you to hear your party better), amazing food, and a very wise and kind owner. For a while we didn't realize we were talking the owner because she has a humble spirit. The upstairs looks perfect for events as well.Dietary restrictions: I was thrilled that I could have their amazing dishes with gluten free pasta!?“

“A superb place to pick up some local beers! And all available as singles for your mixing and matching pleasures. I stopped in to grab a build-your-own 6-pack of North Carolina brews to bring home with me. I not only found much more than I expected, organized by beer type...but I also found a charming little bar where you could get pours of various beers and ciders that they have on tap, as well as the option for to-go growlers. It was welcoming and the bartenders and other patrons were friendly and helpful and kind. I would gladly come here again should I find myself in Waynesville in the future!“

“What a really nice surprise Los Amigos is. The restaurant is large, clean, and well organized. Service is quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. We ordered two fajita quesadilla meals, and a burrito meal. We had three glasses of water. The food was really amazing. Just fantastic. The only reason I rated this restaurant four stars instead of five is that it is expensive (in my opinion). We had lunch. Three lunch specials with water and our bill was $50. That's a bit steep for casual Mexican food.“

“It's a nice place with a nice atmosphere. The food is good. I got the original Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. It was good but quite plain tasting. To be honest I was a quite disappointed that it did not have cheese whiz. I think it has provolone, which is a good cheese but it has no flavor when paired with the intense flavors of the meat, onion, and peppers. If they want to call it the original Philly Cheese Steak they really should be using cheese whiz.“
