Our family of 9 stopped here for lunch and as we were eating inside my special needs daughter had to go to the restroom.I took her but realized she need a sanitary napkin and ran out to the car to retrieve one. I left my phone at the table with the family and went to the car. I was gone less than a minute..came back all doors are locked and they refuse to let me in due to staff shortage. Mind you my entire family is inside eating. I go to the drive thru and they refuse to let me back in..I start screaming and demanding them to let me get to my special needs daughter in the bathroom and after 10 minutes of me screaming they finally let me in refuse to give me their names and told me to call the corporate number on the receipt. You better believe I will! They also said they didn't have to put signs on the doors. Ridiculous! If they make over minimum wage they are being overpaid! Luckily, I never have to deal with them again! This is a sad world we live in.
