We ordered on Arby’s on the app before arriving to pick it up at the location. We used some sort of coupon or deal in the app. I didn’t get a meal to save money, because Arby’s is kind of expensive. I just want to share a little bit of love to Brandy, who was the window worker this evening. She was just so full of light, and life, and so full of joyEven with them being short staffed, She kept a smile on her face. A real delight, and you don't get to see that much Nowadays. way to go girl and keep it up!!

I do online orders a lot and everytime I do they get it right 100% of the time. I think they still might be under staffed, but you'd never no it. I get a confirmation of my online order and a pickup time it'll be ready and it always is. I never feel like they didn't give me the best service that they could. I'll be back, cause they've got the meat. Lol
