“Great atmosphere and food! The waitress seemed to be a bit off, or maybe there was something on her mind. She took my wife's order and then walked off without taking mine, I had to call her back. She tried taking my order without writing it down, and as a result, she had to come back two or three times to clarify. It just made things seem awkward. I had the steak, which was damn good, although It came medium as I ordered medium well. I'm not sure if the order was communicated wrong or the kitchen got it wrong, hard to say. Drinks were served in medium-sized plastic cups, but the waitress did keep them full. I will say a tad bit pricey, but the food and atmosphere sold it for me. The owner seems friendly and talkative. This restaurant fits in great with downtown Merion, a little town in the shadow of Asheville fighting back hard from major economic blows with some help from Crabby Abby's!!“
“If you're a local or traveling through the Blue Ridge mountains of NC you will NOT want to miss this FUN, entertaining restaurant with GORGEOUS views of The North Cove disc golf course just 2 miles from Linville Falls Caverns with space for gatherings (pool table, foosball, ping pong, jute box, etc) & outdoor seating with a full bar managed by a local chef and bartender with decades of experience- the food is amazing, drinks refreshing and atmosphere can not be beat!“
