Service was good. Food was not. We ordered 3 different ice cream treats and all were not tasty. Sherbert tasted weird. Cookies & cream had way too many cookies & not enough ice cream. Strawberry milkshake was so thick you couldn't drink it even after letting it set a few minutes.

I recently visited this ice cream shop and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The ice cream was not only delicious but also tasted incredibly fresh. I opted for the butter pecan flavor, and it was outstanding. The waffle cones were a delightful addition, and they, too, were fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this ice cream shop for a delightful treat!

Was the weirdest most rude ice cream experience I've ever had. Zero stars. We didn't even end up getting ice cream. Walked up to order and the girl at the window said I NEED TO SCOOP THIS OTHER ORDER THEY JUST PAID. And closed the window

This was my first time going to this ice cream store, and I would love to go again! The customer service and food quality was great. It had a clean, welcoming atmosphere.
Only had 2 people working. After waiting 15 minutes, I still wasn't assisted. Doordash drivers should not have to wait for a crowd to pick up an order. Is that why you have an Online orders window for people to wait 15 minutes???? Rediculous.

I'm at little bit of an ice cream snob and who normally doesn't like venture outside of my routine creameries. However, my daughter took me to a Bruster's in Conway and least to say I was blown away. Once I got back home I searched for the nearest location to me and found this one. After waiting all week to try it, I arrived at the location 10 minutes early. Once the attendants noticed my parked car, they turned the OPEN sign on ! The manager on staff, Eric, was super helpful and friendly. Once I noticed that the flavor that I had in Conway wasn't on the menu, Eric was extremely patient with me and helped me to create something close to it. Then he offered to make the featured flavor for me and to call me when it was done. DEFINITELY my new spot...great ice cream and exceptional customer service!! Welcome to the family and normal rotation Bruster's!!!

Never had a problem with ordering the same ice cream for the last 17yrs I get a strawberry short cake bowl twice a month moved here in April and was so excited to see a Brusters right up the street from me.....this one has terrible customers service I told them did make the bowl correctly and the young teen told me maybe we do it differently here.....but I have never had a problem any other time I ordered from there it's really ashame that the young kids get these jobs and treat customers so poorly she could have fixed the bowl instead I got a refund I will never come back here
