The Merlot cask finish, I didn’t really know what to expect as I’ve never had anything from this distillery.Absolutely worth it, this is is a great North Carolina Bourbon. Very smooth, great finish, and also clean. Looking forward to the next batch. Highly recommend going into the shop and taking a few minutes out of your day to visit.#supportlocallyowned

Simply lovely. Max was a wonderful host, and really made the experience one of a kind. As for the spirits, there was something unique about each and every one. I'm much more of a scotch drinker, but I went into the tastings with an open mind. I left with a bottle of the North Carolina Rye Whiskey. The subtle spices in it made me want to sip some more.
