It seems like a good Dunkin donuts is non existent in this area. This one is specifically horrible at making coffee. It either tastes horribly watered down or so strong that no amount of creamer or sugar can fix it. Also the nasty attitude of some employees doesn’t make the place any better.

Disgusting bathroom, poor service. Went in for a couple simple coffee requests and while the drinks were being made I used the restroom. Imagine the most disgusting gas station bathroom you’ve been in and I promise this was worse. No soap either, so how are employees washing hands? When I got our basic coffees, they were completely wrong. We asked for a remake which were better but still not correct.

Spend $4.21 for an ice coffee and it’s burnt coffee and not enough ice. Patrick did nothing to make it right. I think he cares more about what’s on his laptop. So disappointed.

Worst place to order an freaking hot coffee first time the made it cup was almost empty and cold second time freaking coffee was cold like seriously they cant make a hot coffee!!

I work right next door, Derrick is amazing and helpful, listened to my complaint and fixed it immediately.
Do not go to this location unless you have 20+ minutes to wait. Probably the worst fast food experience ever. It honestly felt like I was being pranked. The employees act like they have no idea what’s going on and don’t seem to care at all. Waited 20 minutes for an egg and cheese wake up wrap and a bagel….meanwhile the staff have friends walking in, shaking hands, chatting, absolutely no sense of urgency even with a full waiting area of people waiting on orders and some that haven’t ordered yet. I try to be understanding and patient but when you’ve got 5 people working and 3 of them walking around aimlessly, something isn’t right. Seems to me like they need better management.

We waited 15minutes to be helped with no one ahead of us in line and 4 employees working. The person at the register was a “manager” but was counting literal Pennie’s for over 7 minutes and ignoring the customers in line. We watched 2 families and 1 customer that was alone walk out the store not purchasing anything. After all this and we ordered it took an additional 20 minutes to get our drink and hash browns. Dunkin needs to completely start over with this location.
