Do not go to this location unless you have 20+ minutes to wait. Probably the worst fast food experience ever. It honestly felt like I was being pranked. The employees act like they have no idea what’s going on and don’t seem to care at all. We waited 15minutes to be helped with no one ahead of us in line and 4 employees working. The person at the register was a “manager” but was counting literal Pennie’s for over 7 minutes and ignoring the customers in line. We watched 2 families and 1 customer that was alone walk out the store not purchasing anything. After all this and we ordered it took an additional 20 minutes to get our drink and hash browns. Dunkin needs to completely start over with this location.

Disgusting bathroom, poor service. Went in for a couple simple coffee requests and while the drinks were being made I used the restroom. Imagine the most disgusting gas station bathroom you’ve been in and I promise this was worse. No soap either, so how are employees washing hands? When I got our basic coffees, they were completely wrong. We asked for a remake which were better but still not correct.
