Delicious food! The scallops were amazing and the steak was cooked perfectly. Dara was our server and she was wonderful. The perfect spot for a nice date night.

Quiet little restaurant nestles in downtown Matthews with delicious food and friendly staff who are very attentive during your dining experience.

My favorite restaurant in the area from the first visit in 2014. I don't know how possible not to get a complete satisfaction here. We missed 3 years since covid, but the creativity of chef Adam has never changed. The food was excellent last night for my birthday celebration. The only wish is the servants are trained better.

Lovely and charming fine dining in downtown Matthews. I usually get shrimp and grits, but everything is delicious. Service is excellent.

The price is WAY to high for what it is. My boyfriend and I want trying to have a romantic dinner but we were left disappointed. I can literally make food at home better then this. The only things that were decent at the restaurant was the service and alcohol.

This place has GREAT food and GREAT service.Honestly, the weak point for me is the cocktails. But it's definitely one of the best places in Matthews. It's a cozy place that is fancy enough for a date but not so much that you feel out of place.

My daughter, grandson and niece went to Sante' for dinner last night. From the in-house made bread to the specialty signature cocktails, to the appetizers ,moving along to the main course ending with dessert and coffee. Everything was delicate with pops of flavor. The entire meal was full of smiles and surprises. I like to taste my food with a little twist. You get this from Sante'. If you looking for an exceptional dining experience you must go and experience it for yourself I'm sure you will not be disappointed.

Sadly, we were unimpressed with the food at Santé. The restaurant had a great vibe inside and our service was fantastic but for the price, the food was very sub par. The scallops were bland, the pork special and mahi mahi special were forgettable. My French 65 tasted like they were using very low quality Prosecco. We ordered a cobbler with ice cream for dessert, which was also sad. It was served cold, tasted bland, and the ice cream seemed off the shelf.

Overpriced for ridiculously small portions that you could get elsewhere for half of what was paid, but what do you expect from an upscale French restaurant? Color me VERY unimpressed. Nice drinks though ?.

LOVED. 5/5. 10/10. However you want to put it, it was just fantastic. Beautifully decorated for the Holidays, Sante provides the perfect intimate setting for a date night or special occasion. Our dating anniversary just so happens to be right around Christmas so what a perfect time to try this cozy little family owned spot in the cute downtown Matthews. You definitely need reservations because it is small inside. Everything is made from scratch using local seasonal ingredients and most of it comes from the Matthew's Farmers Market across the street! Fresh bread is delivered to your table along with dipping oil that was splendid. The features included she crab soup, French onion soup, and a venison dish which you don't see offered in restaurants very often. The venison was perfectly cooked and we were blown away by how TENDER it was! I ordered the CAB filet which was good, I just wish there was more of the gorgonzola butter on top to have more in each bite. Everything from the intimate setting, to the wait staff, to the delicious food and interesting wine, was truly fantastic! I looked at my husband and said - we have to come back here.
