Well, let's go. I went to the bakery today (to be honest, I went to that mall to go to the bakery next door, not that one. I ended up going in the wrong way due to lack of attention, but as it was full, I decided to stay.) for the first time. It was full and I found the energy quite chaotic for a bakery (I don't know if bakeries in Brazil are like that, but from what I saw in the reviews, no.) I ordered some empanadas and cheese bread from a girl who seemed to be new and not knowing much English, but her service was incredible and very kind, the only kind person in that place, to be honest. Then the owner (or manager) arrived and I think he fought with her in front of me. I only saw him slamming the greenhouse door while she was helping me and leaving screaming. I found it VERY rude and I wouldn't accept staying in that place for another minute. I got my food, paid for it myself and almost left the tip, but my wife told me that the tip wouldn't be for her but for the restaurant. I thanked him and left. the owner is super disgusting, he doesn't wash his hands as far as I can tell, he doesn't use caps, masks or gloves, I don't know how the health department managed to give that restaurant a score of 96. Oh, besides there's an insect in the bananas. I will never go back to this place again and I don't recommend it to anyone.
