“My wife and I had a great experience at the Hardee's in Mayesville NC. Mrs. Katherine aka Kathy was very kind and her and her team ensured we received exceptional customer service. It was two male members with her who were very polite. Mrs. Kathy went the extra mile to provide fresh food and did it with the best attitude! I would definitely recommend raises for all three employees! It's sad that you don't always see customer service like this but they demonstrated what it means to value your work.“

“Great experience. Food is fresh and the employees have a great sense of caring for the customer’s needs, especially when there are modifications to an order. The only issue is that their lines are long due to how good they are, well done.Dietary restrictions: Be mindful if you are on a diet that requires low sodium. Fries can be a little salty and the skin of the chicken.“

“Read the reviews before I went and wasn't expecting much. A younger man served me and he was SO sweet. He actually cared about our sandwiches and didn't just toss ingredients on. When I asked about coupons he was so accommodating when other Subway's I've been to have not. My girlfriend accidentally spilled her tea by the drink stand and they were very nice about it when I let them know. The establishment looks clean and although I took it to-go, I wouldn't have minded sitting down to eat. Giving 5 stars purely for the experience I had with staff“
