Went in to order hot ham and cheese to go for lunch. After sandwich was made by wrapper who made it for dine in, I observed cashier opening sandwich without gloves to ensure it was my order & then stated it was "to go". I then asked if it that was my order, cashier replied yes. I then addressed her for not having gloves on while touching my food, then another employee said with an attitude that it could be made over. After the rudeness I requested a refund. I just want to start off by saying Jordan is amazing at his job. He always has a smile and is very friendly. Our food is always perfect never have any issues. I stop in here every 2 weeks to get dinner for my family of 6. Keep up the hard work!
I've been living nearby this location for 24 years. it's the only fast food restaurant still in business within 20 miles, so our choices are few. Hardee's is a default. the Chinese food place opened up about 12 years ago, (it's gone downhill lately, too.Years ago, this Hardee's was great! Saturdays and Sundays were bustling especially during the morning breakfast rush. Beach goers in the summer and fishermen in the winter...but now, the bypass has cut back traffic to the town...read full review
