The quality of their pork is FAR better than what is available in grocery stores, but only a tiny bit more expensive. Do a side by side comparison, and I guarantee you that even an amateur cook can tell the difference. You get what you pay for! The store is immaculate and the help is pleasantly helpfull. We have been buying the hot sausage for years and have never been dissatisfied. On a hot day water is an arms length away. Other products are equally superior. This is the place for pork!Five stars was intended
