“Must be reached from north of the point. Go down a long gravel road, come to a gate with no trespassing signs. Go about 300yds through a trail, brush and some mud untill you reach the point. The trail is navigable in April but probably bug invested in summer. It was incredible to see the birth of the Cape Fear River. It's a nice bike ride through the country side.”

We wanted cookies made for our son’s birthday beach trip and the gal I hired canceled last minute. I emailed a few locations around and Sandra’s was the only one who got back toMe. I just needed some WOW factor haunted mansion cookies and told them I don’t care what designs they do just so it’s Disney haunted mansion. They ABSOLUTELY nailed it. I’m so impressed. “I go here about once a month and I love it! The coffee is great, but some times are better than others. I don't feel that they are consistent with either how they prepare the coffee or the beans. I feel that sometimes they are roasted for too long or the espresso is left for too long because it tastes burnt sometimes. However, other times it is perfect!! I love their punch card system and I just know that going there will be a gamble but most times, the coffee is great!”

All of the cookies are absolutely amazing but let me tell yall about the Apple Cobbler cookie… they are the best thing I have EVER tasted. It’s not too sweet, not too overpowered with spices… it’s literally PERFECT. There is little bites of cobbler cinnamon pieces and bites of apple inside the softest bite of cookie with the most perfect amount of icing on top. “Great beer selection, no food. That pretty much sums it up. They had about 16 taps on offer, with pretty much something for everyone. I had the porter and a brown ale and they were both great. I like that they have offerings from local/state breweries. As I said above there's absolutely no food, not even a bag of pretzels, but you're welcome to bring your own. I think the place will be even more fun in the summer when they can open the big garage-type doors and we can enjoy the breeze.”

“I went to brunch there a few weeks ago and totally enjoyed it. The food was delicious and the bartender and chef very friendly. I sat counter side and watched the woman chef cook my eggs fresh in a sizzling cast iron skillet using a convection oven. I thought that was pretty ingenious.I returned this past Sunday and enjoyed the fish and grits with my fish being cooked fresh the same way. Hearing the sizzle of that cast iron made my heart smile. Both experiences were very enjoyable. The drinks were a hot too. I'm planning on returning soon.”

“Pleasant surprise, a simple place yet very homey. My husband is Italian and he knows his food. The eggplant Parmesan was smoky and delicious, the Cajun style jumbo shrimp pasta was very good, fresh and crunchy. Karen went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I haven’t taste my cannoli but looks so good. We will be back!”
