They have a shelf for mobile orders but DON'T use it. I ordered online and came in to the see an empty shelf that literally says it's for mobile orders.. so I sat down and waited for it to be ready only for it to have been done the WHOLE TIME because apparently the shelf is only for aesthetics.. they dont put them there when they are ready as advertised by the LARGE LABELED SHELF IN THE FRONT OF THE STORE. Thank you for putting that there, it looks real purtty. I dont know who the manager is but they clearly don't use common sense..

Let me start by saying my food was REALLLY GOOD!!! However, it was filthy in there!! The workers were all young and very sweet however they needed some help. For example, if you're cooking, you should not use the same gloves you're wearing to cook to handle the register etc. Clean off the tables so patrons can sit and eat and wipe off the food counters so they don't look disgusting and covered with food.

The service at this location is horrible, we walked in around and three team memberswere on the front line, we weren't greeted and one member was eating. They threw our food together very poorlyand the chips were stale, the restaurant behind the counter is very dirty. Everything speaks and what does it say? It says they don't care.

Good food but honestly, CLEAN YOUR WORK PLACE. I see the drink machines are broken down because they didn’t want to clean them. That’s a shame to have workers that would rather lean than clean. Even the front doors were nasty. ? for a new establishment that has ? percent potential to be the best place in town to eat. Just Keep cleaning. I could not sit down to eat myself if my work environment wasn’t clean. NO. The workers were nice enough. The food was not good at all. The beans tasted like the can they came from, therefore, ruining the entire meal and the drink machine needed cleaning. To be fair though, I felt sad for him but my son loves it. So maybe it's just me. I personally wouldn't recommend it.

Every table in the place was filthy. This is the second visit and just as bad. Trash was full. I understand if the place was busy but all three employees were at tables on phones and watching WWE on the tv when no customers were in line.

Inventory out in boxes in a booth, soda machine refills on the counter by the soda machine unstored. The cook hood covered in hand prints and smears.. cutting boards with meat sitting out uncleaned. Nightmare bathrooms and a 92 sanitation grade! Skip this Moe's! Gross, gross, gross!

Kind employees and no complaints, but I'm making this review because I just got an order with a hair stuck on my bag, a hair in the Chips, and another hair that I pulled out from inside my burrito. Weird guy with a mask made my order. Summary it's a hit or miss depending on who's working. Hair in my food is gross (my opinion)

Don't eat here unless your health expectations are of low standards. One of the worst locations I've ever been to. Corporate needs to show up. Visible ROACHES! Dirty bathrooms. Dirty counters. Food splashed and spilled in service areas. Can't tell ya the last time it has been swept or mopped... there were so many visible footprints all over the floors, dust, & dirt. I never ordered my food. The appearance alone was enough to make me run. Everyone knows the bathrooms are a sign of the kitchen. Did ya know they are supposed to yell Welcome to Moe's when you walk in the door??? 3 visible employees and the place looks like that, AND no one yelled Welcome to Moe's. New employees needed here. Manager needs to be on site. probably a new manager also. Corporate needs to evaluate this location or board of health shut it down.
