This location has the best staff! Everyone is friendly and upbeat and our drinks are always great. If there is an issue, never any push back. We come to this location even when there are others in between. Never disappointing ☺️

I usually just order something off the menu and not a specific drink, and they make them pretty good here. I usually don't use the drive-thru because the last time I did it was around a 20 minute wait for 4-5 cars. Online orders are the way to go anywhere nowadays and my drinks are always ready on time so no complaints here.

The staff is great the paste horrible I’m there at 5:30am it literally takes over 15mins to get my drink. Last three mornings it take 3-5mins until I’m noticed.

Handed me an incorrect drink and argued with me at the drive thru window that I “haven’t even had a sip”. I’m not going to argue about a product I paid for. When im handed a drink that’s half WHITE when it’s supposed to be pumpkin with cold foam- unacceptable. Teach your employees that if a drink is handed back, it’s not their job to argue

The interior of this place is dirty, I guess since they are always busy they don't have time to clean up the counters and prep area. The display food also had flies in it feasting on the desserts and sandwiches, I know those aren't for sale but was very gross to see. As for the tables, they are also dirty but I feel like some customers are so nasty, gross and they can't clean up after themselves, so I'm not too annoyed by that. Last time I went, I ordered online in-store pickup and drove there to pick it up. I waited for almost an hour to put out my order at the mobile pickup area, I have noticed that customers that were there before me got their drinks before me. Eventually, I asked for the status of my order and it turns out that they have already made it ages ago but it looks like they forgot to place it out (they also placed it in a weird location on the counter where it wasn't visible for me to peak over and check if they have made it). The iced drink was already watered down and room temperature.
