The food presentation was horrible. The taste was par. The order was prepared incorrectly, yet the receipt was documented right. This was a terrible Taco Tuesday!
I am a night shift worker and there aren't a lot of options after midnight. This Taco Bell advertises that their drive thru is open until 2am, but that is simply a lie. Most of the time if you come after midnight, they'll tell you they are only accepting mobile orders and DoorDash orders. That's because theyre understaffed. And if they decline the DoorDash or Mobile Orders, corporate will find out and they'll be in trouble. But they can easily turn away business at the drive thru, and they do with regularity.

Overweight manager forgot something in my order, I had to drive back around to pick it up, the manager then starts cursing saying "am I allowed to make a mistake?" To proceeds to yell at me " get out of my drive thru!"and slams the window shut on me.. I waited there to speak with the other manager about his tone. Hopefully something will come of it.. this guy doesn't need to be a manager if he is indeed one.Update 3-14-24Cheesy Gordita cruch box, where's the beef.. paid nearly $10 for two teaspoons full of meat...? And half filled cup of cheese for nachos

The inside was so cold. Wearing our coats and still cold. Employee's wearing coats. Unless the temperature is warmer the next time we will not be back! That is the reason our family stopped going to the other Taco Bell.

I get here Friday February 23rd 2024 and the manager of rude I go in and try try to use the bathroom they said no there are unprofessional the food taste like trash and a manager is very mean Miss Kay is her name she's a black lady with blonde hair very rude what a joke, ????????????
I have no clue why I stop at this one slow and the food is always horrible .

I used to have 5 stars for this place but it absolutely sucks now. The last three times I've been y'all have burnt my food, and it's like the people worming here now don't even know how to roll a burrito. Food looks awful, doesn't taste good, and whoever packing these things its like most of the bites you take won't have meat, or sometimes anything in it, so you're just eating a burnt tortilla. Do better.

I only rated this (2) stars because I like the staff, otherwise it would have been (1). This is the second time that I've lost my reward from my daily Nacho Fries Pass because this restaurant closed Early. They Randomly close early and its Frustrating.
