I'm giving it a 4 because some of the the cups we got and knives in our utensils cloth weren't clean.The service was great. The food was good. Just had some mishaps with 1 dirty cup and 1 dirty knife.Gumbo entree = not bad & big portionsShrimp & grits = good and big portionsTerriyaki filet = would not order again.
Always a good place to dine, service prompt and the food was at the correct temperature.

Me and my family went here for a lunner at 3pm. Only one other table was occupied at that time but we found that the service and food and ambiance to be spot on! I had the mahi sandwich with fries and a kale salad. All were super tasty!! We enjoy this place each time we go and this was no exception

I dined at Fresh Chef for a late lunch and it was a nice experience. Service was nice and friendly. It was after the lunch rush was long over so it was calm and peaceful in the restaurant, which was really nice. I ordered the Cajun Alfredo Pasta with Blackened Chicken. It normally comes with sour cream and cherry tomatoes on it, which I chose to omit. It was delicious! The food came out pretty quickly. Half of it was plenty for a lunch portion, so I took the rest with me as leftovers. I will be back again.

I rarely write reviews, but I have to. Fresh Chef is and will remain on our ‘go to’ date night lists. Extremely consistent, great service, great food. We’ve been coming here since they opened several years ago. Staff is very friendly and attentive, and the meals are top-notch.

Way too noisy to have conversation. The food is good, the feel of the restaurant inside is nice. But it's just so noisy that you're constantly fighting to try to hear and talk. Which is a shame. And sadly so typical of almost every restaurant. My kingdom for a restaurant with good food, comfortable seating, and the ability to have pleasant conversation without fighting all the noise. Sadly, due to the noise, this is not that place.

From out of town visiting friends in the area. Called to see if they had prime rib tonight (Sat) - they said Sunday only..." but let me ask the Chef ". Came back and said since it was 4 of us, they will make it just for us. Got there at 6, was on our table by 6:30. Awesome experience, great staff! Prime rib was perfect!!
After a ten hour drive this was a terrific surprise. Renee (bartender) was excellent. Great recommendations and service. Very attentive. A must stop if ever in the area.

We went here to try somewhere we hadn’t been before and because they had good reviews. The place was nice and clean and the servers were nice, although it did take a while to get a first server to come take orders. The food was unbelievably bad… I got chicken parm and my husband got chicken piccata. I don’t think they used any salt in the whole dish. The pasta, sauce, and chicken in the parm all had zero flavor. The piccata had some kind of weird congealed white gravy/sauce on it (should be a light lemon/butter sauce). We both couldn’t believe how gross the food was, ate a little to try to be polite and left hungry. Very disappointing experience especially for a place with “chef” in the name

I have been to this location several times and have never had an issue. This time, however, certain parts of the order were substandard.The porkchop was undercooked, and I mean completely rare. It actually came.out looking like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. But when cut into, it was cold and red.Side came out cold, but were rectified quickly.Pork chop and desert were taken off the bill.This may just have been a bad day (day after XMAS), since this location is usually quite good.This won't scare me from going back!
