Order a number 43 philly made the first time meat was pink. We were told that’s how they were told to make it. So was handed a new one which was more pink. So went to speak to the manger but one of the employees a different one tells us yea that’s how we make them.. I come to jersey mikes often and not one time has my meat ever been pink. This was my first visit to Jersey Mikes. I have to admit I love Publix subs but this was very good today. The sub was fresh and stacked high with Turkey and veggies. I added the Jersey Mike sauce and it was a nice addition. The bread was soft and fresh. I enjoyed my sandwich. I appreciated the friendly and efficient staff. And they cut the sandwich in small quarters which we enjoyed.

They went the extra mile to make a gluten free sandwich. I mean they made sure that the bread was isolated from all the others. They made sure to wrap it up after adding all the Mike's way ingredients. Never expected this effort. Why we like Jersey Mike's. They make it right.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

I walked into the store in mooresville shortly after eleven o'clock yesterday and ordered a grilled ham and cheese sandwich which I i have always done. The individual taking my order would not let me get it grilled. He gave no explanation for it. I turned around and walked out of the store fully frustrated.

This young man was so helpful and sweet to me the other day, he told me his name was fry and he made me the best sandwich I've ever had. He made my experience so wonderful and he's such a respectful boy.

Bought an $18 giant super sub. Have had them before at other locations but now the meat and cheese are sliced so thin I literally can’t tell they are on the sandwich. I can go to Mi Amiche around the corner and get a sandwich for $15-$16 that I can’t finish, WITH a side. I can’t bring myself to pay for Jersey Mike’s again. It used to be my favorite sandwich back when a giant was $14 and came with meat and cheese
Judging by all the other bad reviews this location does not care about customer service or trying to fix the problems. I have the same issue as most of the rest. Spanning from over 2 years ago. Dining area is unclean. Tables dirty. Trash overflowing. The subs are good but are hit and miss wether you get all your item's on it. My club sub is constantly being made with no Bacon on it. Also they never ever put napkins in your bag.Update. I spoke with someone through the email provided in the reply. They did nothing to turn my experience around. We're done with Jersey Mike's.

One of the best Italian cold cuts I've had in the south. I wish they would have some parmeson cheese (in a shaker) as well as an oven to toast the rolls if so, it would be comparable to the best I have ever had. The staff were eager to help. The trash cans were over flowing; otherwise I would rate the experience as perfect!

Do your employees ever answer the phone? Ordered a number 6. Roast Berf on White bread. Add Mayo. The picture shows the sub with lettuce and tomatoes. The sub in front of me right now has no lettuce or tomatoes. Been calling the store for an hour now. Did yall close after screwing up my dinner?
