So disappointed! This is the only Chinese food I eat. After hearing it was sold I had high hopes the new owner would keep the food the same. Greasy egg rolls with no filling, crab rangoons that were nothing but sweetened cream cheese, dry pork fried rice with no onions, egg, or scallions and scallion chicken that tasted like it came from a fast food joint. I won't be back and this makes me so sad.

Reviews made us so excited to try this place but ended up disappointed. Smelled like cigarettes when we walked in to pick up the food which should have been a sign. Lo mein had good flavor. Everything else we got lacked flavor and sauces were so thin, making the meats soggy. Egg rolls were greasy. Ended up feeling queasy by bedtime.

Very not good. My soup was bad. My artery got clogged with grease. Epic! My foot then cramped on the way out. Epic! I then fell because a noodle walked out in front of me. Epic!

Very disappointed tonight, we ordered the house fried rice and it was basically rice!!!First time that happened, same with the fried rice that came with the roasted pork, not the same just rice!!!

Food is very much mediocre. These reviews lied. The general tso chicken didn’t not taste like it was supposed to as was watered down. Would not recommend and suggest finding another nearby option or somewhere in Charlotte. Crab Rangoon was terrible too!

There is no other Chinese restaurant that can top Lotus’ Scallion Chicken. We make the drive from Kannapolis on Sundays after church just for the scallion chicken Sunday special. The staff is very friendly and recognizes us even though we come sparingly (although for 30+ years) due to proximity.

Was good, portion sizes sufficient and not full of filler veggies with plenty of meat. We ordered to go on Christmas Eve so it was nice that they were open and available for take out. The staff was very nice and attentive to our order.
