Aside from being vinegar-based, the meat's texture was just okay. It felt it was a little on the 'sitting too long's side of things.The red sauce was watery and weird to me, but that's just me. Compared to the hundreds of sauces across the country, the red sauce rates low (by me and for me).Fries were nice and crispy.Location was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Great food as usual. Staff is on point. Even the Area/District Manager came up and helped during lunch. Still a favorite when we visit the area. Keep up the good work and great food.

In town for a few days and haven't eaten at Smithfield's in years. Husband and I arrived at around 9pm. The place was clean. The service and food were excellent. Very fast and friendly service.
