“What a surprise gem! Stopped in to get a treat for my spouse for his birthday. No small Bundt cakes available, so I got a cheesecake with fudge icing. Boy am I glad I did. The best ever. Graham cracker crust on bottom only, so you get a lot of pure, wonderful, creamy, and flavorful cheesecake. It was topped with rich, chocolate fudge icing, delicious. Then finished with some whipped cream and mini chocolate chips. Beautiful. The fudge icing is excellent by itself; the cheesecake is excellent by itself, so you really get two desserts but they go well together perfectly. And it is very big. 4” diameter and 2” high. We split just half of it because it is so rich and filling. Slowly savored every bite! Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to try their other treats! Thank you Mimosa for opening this bakery in our town!“

“There are so many different kinds of bread it's impossible to tell of the taste so I asked the cashier and she was most helpful. The things that look like mini apple pies are really good because they are barely sweet at all and you can really taste the Apple. The custard jelly donut things are also very good. I also like the flat sugar cookies I imagine they would be really good dipped in coffee in the morning! They also had tamales and something I think it was called a cucharito? Anyway it was like a tamale but it had chicken and a sauce on the inside and was only a 1.50 each. I love little ethnic shops like this, they add a lot of character to the town!“
