The price to food quality isn't there. They're big plates of food but just aren't the quality for the setting they are testing to create. Firebird in general gives that kind of product. Waiters were attentive and great but the firebird brand needs to revamp its food choices and ingredient quality.
Nice place, good food, great service. The complimentary bread and butter was really nice. Good soft bread. I had the aged ribeye with garlic and thyme butter that was delicious. Cooked perfectly over a wood fire grill so it had that slight smokey flavor you want in a steak. The mushrooms were delicious, as well. In a nice port wine sauce, packed with flavor.
