This has got to be the worst service that I have experienced at a bojangles!! Got to the drive thru and nobody spoke to take my order until I spoke first. Than the girl at the window was very rude when I asked for a sauce. The drive through is very dirty. Bad place

Extremely slow service. Then my order wasn't only wrong but incomplete. There is no such thing as fast reliable service. I have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years. I have noticed there seems to be a very large employee turnover at this location.

Say the bake biscuits every 20 minutes - they still use older made biscuits first - bought 2 steak biscuits when advertised this week. The steak was dry, cold and tasteless. The biscuit was cold and hard - my guess at least 1 hour old

Last chance trial of food at Bojangles, since Covid knocked them in the head. It's 5pm, traveling from Hillsville through Mt Airy and stopped at their Bojangles. No show case full of food items. Chicken strips were dry and not fresh, biscuits were hard and dry. Eating one reminded me of my childhood, when my older brother had me eat a dog biscuit with our collie...just disgusting . Would not recommend anymore. Cajun Chicken filet has been cut in half, from 3/4" to maybe 3/8" thick, really, is the public so stupid your headquarters doesn't think we could know we're over paying and under fed?? Better to close your doors than keep this facade up.

They are ALWAYS out of chicken on Sunday afternoons after church. They expect you to wait 15-20 minutes for chicken. Then 9 out of 10 times the orders are wrong. KFC up the road gets a lot of business because of this poorly run Bojangles. This place just needs to close.
I come to BoJamgles because i love theor breakfasts. However today my biscuit was so hard.. i took it up to exchange it.. the manager told the worker.. she needs a soft biscuit.. hers is hard as a rock.. then i literally saw the manager whisper to the sandwich person.. toss those ones theyre too hard... pointing.. So do they intentionally use the old to get rid of them to foolish people who wont say anything??

It is usually a good place to eat but it does depend on who is working that day. Most of the employees are very nice but there are a couple who haven't been very nice. The dining room is so-so. There are times when it is clean and there are times it isn't.
